Midnight Sun Marathon - Tromsř (Norway)
The "Midnight Sun Marathon & Half Marathon" takes place in Tromsř in June. The half marathon, part of the "Midnight Sun Marathon" events, is held at night, but runners still run in bright daylight. The pure feeling of the midnight sun in astounding surroundings is part of the reason why the race is a target for a great number of runners worldwide. The race starts and finishes at the city centre. The course is relatively flat and follows the same route as the last 21 kilometers of the marathon race.
2024-06-22 — Tromsř — Runners from all over the world are coming to Tromsř to run in the Arctic and the land of the Midnight sun. Our courses are controlled and certified by AIMS (Association of International Marathon and Distance Races). Approximately 6000 runners from about 80 contries take on the streets of Tromsř every year. No matter level and age, there is a distance for you during MSM.
